The Deloitte AI Institute is part of Deloitte’s Applied AI portfolio, focused on helping organizations understand and apply emerging AI technologies. Global AI Fest 2026 was a global series of virtual and in-person events held across regions and time zones worldwide.
BRIEF
Extend Deloitte’s existing Generative AI visual identity into a flexible event system for Global AI Fest. The established hero image needed to remain unchanged, while the supporting visual language could evolve through color, graphic elements, and layout.
The system also needed to work across 22 regional and country-specific lockups and be flexible enough for participating Deloitte teams to create their own marketing and event materials while maintaining a consistent global look.
SOLUTION
I developed the event-specific visual system around the existing hero image, establishing supporting graphic elements, color applications, layout guidance, and lockup rules. I created a primary Global AI Fest lockup along with 22 regional and country-specific versions to support localized event communications.
I also created a detailed brand guide, reusable assets, and templates that participating Deloitte teams could use to develop their own materials. The guidelines were designed to give local teams flexibility while maintaining visual consistency across regions, languages, and event formats.
OUTCOME
A flexible global visual system that gave participating Deloitte teams the tools to create localized event materials while maintaining a consistent Global AI Fest identity across regions.
