Vicinity Energy is the largest district energy provider in the U.S., delivering sustainable, locally sourced thermal energy to commercial and institutional buildings across major cities.
BRIEF
Refresh Vicinity’s visual identity, website, and marketing materials.
SOLUTION
Vicinity’s previous identity was overly minimalist and lacked flexibility for visual storytelling. I expanded the color palette, introduced modular graphic elements, and created a consistent icon and illustration system.
The original website suffered from repetitive layouts and a limited component set. I designed a robust suite of responsive components and a cohesive design system to support scalable content creation. Collaborating with the director of marketing and lead copywriter, I delivered 45+ high-fidelity layouts and partnered with developers to bring the site to life.
OUTCOME
A flexible, modern visual identity and a responsive website built to ensure a consistent and engaging user experience across platforms.
