CLIENT
The Grommet is an e-commerce platform that launches undiscovered products and supports small businesses.

BRIEF
The Welcome Email Series needed to be updated as part of a broader brand refresh. I collaborated with the marketing team to define updated content, align the UX with the redesigned site, refresh the UI, and test each email for quality and consistency.

SOLUTION
This was the first phase of a larger B2C email program overhaul. I began by auditing all existing marketing emails and identifying opportunities for improvement. To align the team, I researched best practices in responsive email design—covering typography, image sizing, layout width, and accessibility—and shared guidelines to establish consistency across future campaigns.

OUTCOME
A cohesive Welcome Email Series that reflected the new brand, reinforced key messaging, and delivered a smooth user experience aligned with the updated website.
