CLIENT
The Future of Mobility (FoM) is a Deloitte practice that partners with clients globally to help them shape and succeed in the evolving mobility landscape.
BRIEF
Deloitte and Salesforce collaborated on the white paper The World Remade by COVID-19, outlining four potential post-pandemic scenarios. As a follow-up, Deloitte’s Future of Mobility (FoM) team examined how those scenarios could affect key sectors within the mobility ecosystem. They published a report with four FoM-specific futures, and the brief called for a visual campaign to promote it. As the designer, I defined the visual identity and created supporting assets to drive engagement.
SOLUTION
The goal was to spark interest and drive downloads without revealing the full insights upfront. After brainstorming as a team, we focused on teaser-style copy, a downloadable executive report, and a scenario-driven infographic.
To illustrate the scenarios, I used line art—an approach consistent with the established FoM visual identity.
OUTCOME
A cohesive campaign that reinforced Deloitte’s leadership in mobility innovation and its role as a trusted advisor to clients navigating the future of transportation.

ILLUSTRATION—SCENARIO 1
This scenario represents the world as we know it—with traditional transportation models and lively streets. It’s the most positive outcome of the four, shown through sun, birds, and trees.

ILLUSTRATION—SCENARIO 2
This scenario reflects potential economic disparity. The visuals show people traveling in expensive vehicles while others wait in line for a crowded city bus. Trees remain, but the city appears denser to signal inequality.

ILLUSTRATION—SCENARIO 3
This scenario depicts an imbalance between China and the West, with a focus on public health, transit use, reduced auto purchases, and surveillance. Building heights vary to symbolize imbalance, and the sun rises on one side while clouds form on the other.

ILLUSTRATION—SCENARIO 4
This scenario shows an isolated environment dominated by transportation, logistics, and surveillance. Streets are busy, but no one walks or bikes. The tone is the most negative—reflected in the clouds and dark palette.

SAMPLE OF THE STOCK IMAGES USED
Because of the project’s short timeline and budget, creating the illustrations from scratch wasn’t an option. I sourced stock images, adjusted the strokes for visual consistency, and arranged them into cohesive narratives.
